Winds continue to strengthen ahead of a strong low pressure system passing to our northwest. A trailing cold front will sweep through tonight imparting brief gales along with showers and possible thunderstorms, some of which may be heavy. We will remain breezy and only partially clear on Thursday and Friday as low pressure lingers to our north with showers and rough to very rough seas.
Winds south-southwesterly 25 to 35 knots gusts to 45 knots, gradually veering southwesterly, gusts 50 knots especially around showers or thunderstorms late in the evening and overnight
