High pressure withdraws eastward while a frontal boundary approaching from the west provides  moderate to strong southerly winds and building seas through tonight. Rain and showers, heavy at times, along with a chance of thunder arrive tonight and persist into Saturday. Precipitation alleviates for a spell Saturday night, but returns again on Sunday and Monday.
