High pressure to our east-northeast extends a ridge westward across Bermuda providing fine weather and light to moderate winds through Monday afternoon. A cold front will move off the U.S. east coast Monday bringing cloudier skies and moderate to strong winds later Monday, then showers and a chance of thunder as the front moves through by Tuesday evening. Smooth to moderate seas rise to rough briefly on Tuesday.

Breezy northerly winds with rough seas, though drying out through the morning as a cold front moves away to the east. High pressure will build in to blanket Bermuda with stable and sunny weather from this afternoon through the weekend. Seas will abate to moderate by this evening, then further abate slight to moderate over the weekend.

Showers and thunderstorms will develop from afternoon through evening ahead of an active cold front that will pass through overnight. Winds become strong with likely gusts nearing storm force at times through the evening. Conditions settle on Thursday as high pressure nudges closer ensuring a fine period of weather from Friday through the weekend. Seas build rough tonight.

Low pressure now off the U.S. mid-Atlantic coast will gradually deepen and move northeast. As the associated cold front approaches expect strong to near gale winds today with showers and a chance of thunder this evening. Fair weather and light to moderate winds follow for Monday. Another frontal system brings rain, showers, likely thunder and strong winds Tuesday and Wednesday.
